Trinity Florida
With over two decades of experience in Florida’s real estate market, I began my journey in 2002 as part of a two-person team at Sand Dollar Realty. Under the guidance of owner and broker Dane Ayers and his wife Kim, our close-knit firm has consistently delivered exceptional service to buyers and sellers across the region.
As a dedicated real estate professional, I have personally facilitated nearly $20 million in residential sales. My expertise spans Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, and Hillsborough counties, helping clients navigate Florida’s dynamic real estate landscape.
Serving the communities of Hudson, Port Richey, New Port Richey, Spring Hill, Brooksville and beyond, I specialize in:
Whether you’re buying or selling, I offer personalized guidance to ensure a smooth and successful real estate transaction.
As a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I am equipped to assist clients aged 50+ with unique housing needs, including downsizing, retirement planning, and estate transitions. This certification underscores my commitment to providing compassionate and informed support for seniors navigating the real estate market.

I hold a Master’s degree from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s degree from Trinity College of Florida. Additionally, I earned an Accounting Certificate from Webster Business College. While these academic achievements have been invaluable, my service in the U.S. Navy has profoundly deepened my understanding and appreciation of the American Dream.
During the pandemic, I seized the opportunity to further my education by pursuing a second graduate degree with a concentration in Strategic Communications and Social Media Management. This advanced training has equipped me with a nuanced understanding of how modern media, particularly social platforms, influence the real estate industry. I can now discern the noise from the signal, enabling me to leverage these tools effectively in my career.
Recognizing the unique needs of older adults in real estate transactions, I obtained the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation. This certification, awarded by the National Association of REALTORS®, signifies specialized knowledge in assisting clients aged 50 and above with buying, selling, relocating, and downsizing residential properties.
I am grateful for the National Association of Realtors, and being a member is of great value to me in my career as a realtor. Realtor.com, the official website of the National Association of Realtors, is the trusted real estate platform because it strictly focuses on data accuracy and works exclusively with licensed real estate agents. This helps to ensure that the information provided on the platform is reliable, up-to-date, and trustworthy. Each member lives and serves by the Realtor code of ethics.
I was licensed in Florida to sell real estate in April of 2002 and have been with Sand Dollar Realty ever since.
As of spring 2025, my total is over 100.
Sand Dollar Realty is conveniently located in the Trinity area, but they’re known for servicing clients in a wide range of areas, including West Pasco, Hernando, the northwest side of Hillsborough, Pinellas, and even Manatee Counties. All agents of Sand Dollar Realty work from home, I live in Southern Oaks, and my broker lives a stone’s throw away in Hunters Ridge. Most of my current sales have been in west Pasco, north Pinellas and Hernando county.
Even though I work will all types of buyers and sellers, I help a lot of seniors 50+ either downsize or relocate nearer to family and friends. I have received additional training and am a SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) a National Association of Realtors (NAR) designation.
Commission rate varies as per the level of services needed. The lowest rate is 2%, average is 2.75% and special circumstances can see a rate at 3-4% if the seller needs assistance with special projects going beyond the normal preparation for listing a property.

I am the youngest of a proud military family. My late father served in the US Army during the Korean War. My late brother Bobby served in the Navy during Vietnam. I joined the Navy Reserves, serving as a member of NSGA Homestead 208. My sister also joined; she served during the Gulf War. My oldest son, Johnny, currently serves in the Guard; he did two combat deployments, one in Afghanistan and then in Africa. One of the most memorable moments of my life was when my oldest son rendered military honors for my dad in Bushnell. I am involved in a local veteran’s group that meets regularly, supporting each other.
